The third annual Community School of Maryland Spring Fling was a great success! Held at the Brookeville campus, school students, staff, and parents from Brookeville, Northwood, and CLC participated in a variety of activities at kiosks run by teachers and related services. Activities included tie-dye shirt designing, necklace making, water play, visor art, face painting, gardening, stenciling and a treasure hunt.
In addition to the beautiful weather and action packed events, participants were treated to an outdoor barbecue lunch. Hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken wings were served hot off the grill and enjoyed by all in attendance.
A big thank you goes out to all those who attended the event as well as those special people who worked tirelessly to make it happen. The 2006 Spring Fling was a great way to celebrate another wonderful school year with the entire Community School family.
