On Wednesday, April 25, CSAAC leadership hosted “Silver Diner Nite” for our families and individuals, in honor of April as National Autism Awareness Month.  The event was a huge success! We sold out the diner solid from 5:30-8:30 p.m.  Nearly all adults and children in the residential program attended with their counselors, and several family members too. There was a lively raffle with several prizes, and CSAAC leadership rolled up their sleeves and seated guests and bussed tables.  Executive Director, Ian Paregol, was the host, making sure everyone was seated and keeping the guests flowing in, along with help from Fundraising Committee members Brooke Waskewich of TalentPro, Inc., and John Solyst, CSAAC Assistant Director of Supported Employment. Other members of the CSAAC leadership and staff team bussed tables, including Dave Martone, Janet Burch, Kim Dennie, Leslie Philippen, Dide Cimen, and Serhat Harman.  Thank you to our staff and volunteers for a wonderful evening raising community awareness of autism and CSAAC.
